What This Is

Orbital is opening a structured, time-limited allocation process for qualified utilities, aggregators, haulers, and biosolids service providers seeking multi-year contracted disposal capacity in New England.

Two Orbital facilities are planned:

  • The first facility will serve southern Maine, New Hampshire, and northern Massachusetts.
  • The second facility will serve central and southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Combined annual capacity across the two facilities is approximately 144,000 wet tons.

Orbital is building thermal disposal suited to today’s regulatory environment and the one taking shape — a process that destroys pollutants, including PFAS, at the source, operates as critical regional infrastructure 24/7/365, and protects utilities and ratepayers from the cost trajectory the disposal market is now on.

Disposal, Not Hauling
